Data Deletion Request

Rezora Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy rights. This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems, in compliance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform Terms (required for Facebook/Instagram integrations).

Your Right to Erasure

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances. This right applies when:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
  • You withdraw consent (where processing was consent-based)
  • You object to processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest
  • The data has been unlawfully processed

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your account profile and contact information
  • Your conversation history and automation configuration data
  • Your payment history records (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Any other personal data linked to your account

Note: Certain data may need to be retained to fulfil legal obligations (e.g., financial records for 7 years under UK law), to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and the reason why.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion (Required by Meta)

If you have connected Rezora or FloChat to your Facebook or Instagram account via Meta Login, you can request deletion of data obtained through that connection. To do so:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "FloChat" or "Rezora" in the list
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
  4. Then submit a deletion request below to remove all associated data from our servers

We will process the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of your personal data, please use one of the following methods:

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to hello@rezora.tech with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and any account or order reference numbers.

Option 2 — In-App (FloChat)

Log into your FloChat account → Account Settings → Privacy → Request Data Deletion. This will automatically initiate the deletion process.

Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 3 business days
  • Identity verification: We may request verification to protect your data
  • Deletion completion: Within 30 calendar days of verified request
  • Confirmation: We will email you once deletion is complete

Data We Cannot Delete

We may retain certain data even after a deletion request where we are legally required to do so, including:

  • Financial transaction records (required by UK tax law for 7 years)
  • Communications relevant to an active dispute or legal proceeding
  • Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked to you
